Terms and Conditions

  1. All prices listed are in SGD.
  2. Orders will only be sent for delivery once payment is made.
  3. Customers are advised not to make any payment until confirmation email/text is received.
  4. All goods are inspected for defects before mailing out. So, no worries on that.
  5. Items sold are not refundable/exchangeable.
  6. No cancellations of order after payment has been made.
  7. At the current moment, Dale & Shelly do not offer meet-ups, so, only mailing.
  8. Dale & Shelly will not be liable for any loss or damages of package through normal postage.
  9. Dale & Shelly reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any point of time without prior notice.
  10. Customer Satisfaction is our priority! :)
  11. Dale & Shelly reserves the right to reject transaction/customer at our own discretion.
  12. Dale & Shelly make every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of the products on our website. We do not guarantee that what you see on your monitor screen will be exactly as the actual colors of the products.
