Okay. So you're a bit tight this month. Don't fret! We have cool ideas that you dont have to spend a bomb to show to that special someone how special they are.
1. Magic Love Potion
This is a cute gift. Get a small empty bottle spray or roll-on bottle. (You can get them at any neighbourhood toiletries store) Fill them up with your current perfume or body spray. Print out or write out the words "Magic Love Potion" on a piece of card. Tape the card onto the bottle. And there you go! You can let them know that you used this "potion" to make him/her fall in love with you.
2. Love Soap
This is a way to make your ow homemade soap. Get Glycerin Soap at Watson's or Guardians or any store. Melt it by double boiling. Double boiling is like boiling water, just that you have another metal bowl, filled with the bar soap, placed above boiling water. Once the soap is fully melted, you can colour the soap with you favourite colour. Keep stirring to avoid lumps! Pour the melted soap on a non-stick baking tray and let it cool for 2 hours and refrigerate for 10 minutes after. Turn over the baking tray and the soap should slide out easily. Using a cookie cutter, cut out the shape of your soap. You must be careful with this because the soap might stick to the cutter. Using a satay stick, write out your message on the soap. Wrap it nicely and present it to your special someone! :)
3. Love Coupons / Cheque
This is a classic way to reward someone. Be it husband & wife, fiancees, girlfriend & boyfriend or "just friends". There are many websites out there that gives ideas on what you should write on your love coupons. One website we love is www.familygofun.com . You shoulf check them out!
